I have created a database that will keep track of individual or troop
information. It is designed to be 'scout generic' - in other words, it will work for
Boy or Girl Scouting. It will work to keep track of an individual troop, or a
District or Service Area. You can easily type in the information and with the click
of a button, view a report about an individual scout or troop. Click here for a picture and more information. There is one
drawback to this database. It will only work in Access from Microsoft Office '97®.
I apologize, but as far as I know, you cannot save to a lower version and still
have all the functions work. Please feel free to download it. The program is
absolutely free. Our family is a Scouting family and we do not accept the idea of
charging other Scouter's. It is about 2.12MB unzipped and 409KB zipped. Please
give me feedback on it and let me know of things I can add or change. This program
is freeware, so please do not try to sell it to anyone.

Here are some of the things you can do with this database:
- Preview or print a report that shows all of a scouts personal information, achievements
earned, events attended, campouts attended, service hours earned, leadership experiences,
training, registration information, and fundraiser information - all in one report.
- Preview the above reports by troop. You can see a list by achievement (etc.), who
has earned it and when.
- Preview a roster of active scouts only by troop.
- Preview a roster of active scouts only by patrol.
- Preview a roster by troop (if you have more than one troop loaded).
- Preview an attendance roster with dues information by individual scout or by
troop.
